well designed flats with good insulation. It’s been great in the cold weather! Building manager is great and always tries to help. Other tenants in the building are also friendly and helpful - there is a Facebook group for neighbours where people discuss any issues.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very close to high street and station. Everything you need on your doorstep. Parking under the building which is very convenient and safe - especially good in very cold weather!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes - always respond quickly and helpfully to solve any issues

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How quiet the development is, despite the fact that you are right in the centre of Bromley. Feels safe and secluded

Great building to live in for the best of both worlds

The development itself is built to a good standard, but the Property Management company leaves a lot to be desired. They are very slow in responding and often have to be chased to get things over the line. There is no discussion about problems, and what they say just goes, which has caused a fair number of issues with residents in the past.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The building is extremely close to the high street, and Glades Shopping Centre with restaurants and bars a plenty. It's only a 3 minute walk away form the station with extremely good links to Central London. There is a little light traffic now and again on the main road, but never a big problem. The road has parking bays for visitors, and there are parking areas nearby.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish we understood more fully the heating system and associated costs.

What is the best feature of your home:

Balcony Views and communal gardens allow for good outside space access.

The flats are really well designed - everything is modern, stylish and functional. Other residents of the building are friendly and there is a good sense of community, i.e. a Facebook group. The building caretaker is fantastic and always helpful with any queries.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Proximity to local shops. Excellent public transport. Lots of local green spaces.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The parking spots in the car park are only assigned to certain flats.

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

The standing charge for energy is around £2 a day, which is expensive.

Good Building in Great Location

The design of the building is great, other than a few issues with cladding. The Ola event of the building is great with great views over the valley and into Crystal Palace. Building management is very slow to respond and the heating system is a ripoff

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The building is very close to the Bromley High Street which has everything you need, including The Glades Shopping Centre and a good selection of restaurants and grocery stores al in walking distance. The train can be as short as 16 minutes to Victoria or 30 minutes to Blackfriars, which makes it super easy to get into work in the city. There is a large number of new buildings being put up very nearby which shows how much the area is changing and over time will become a much younger area with better amenities.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew that the area was mostly stocked with chain restaurants and very few independents, as sometimes you really want variety and not the same things you find anywhere. Also the lack of good quality cafes.

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

The flats are mostly single aspect and as a result you can’t get a through flow of air which makes them very hot in the summer. Insulation above and below is not the best.

Great design of apartment but could be more spacious

The design is good as it’s modern and has some really nice finishing touches to it. Personally the only thing I would change would be getting it redesigned so the space could be used more usefully as it’s not very spacious. Unfortunately there is also a standard heating charge you have to pay of around £2 a day.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Pretty convenient area as it’s right off the high street so plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Also quite clean.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Wish I had known that there is a standard charge of heating which is approx £2 a day even though I don’t even have to use the heating every day for most of the year
