HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT

Design is great, surrounding always clean and no problems with co tenants. The property manager is a very horrible person. *name removed* has never been of any help, you can call this particular lady for 15x, leave loads of voicemails as well as text messages and you wouldn’t get a call back. Her emails are replied after 24 or 48hours. She is never apologetic nor helpful in anything at all. I am regretting big time getting an apartment just because of her

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

No traffic noise Close to the city center, about 8min walk Parking availability in the apartment Great overall

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always nonchalant about anything you call her for. Likes to act all knowing

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How horrible the property manager is and how uncoordinated they are

Design of the property is good the only thing it lacks is storage, one single built in wardrobe for a 3 bed £950 a month property is ridiculous. Appliances constantly breaking having to have people called out to fix things which can be frustrating. You can tell there wasn't much care taken when the house was built, looks like a rush job as plaster board is protruding throughout the house and walls weren't painted properly. There wasn't a great deal of care taken and it shows. The garden wasn't levelled during the build so extremely uneven and some out door storage would've been ideal. Live Different Portal works well for addressing property issues.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Access to amenities & local transport is good, however the parking is awful in this area, people parking over/blocking our drives that live on the adjacent roads (Raleigh St & Jessel Rd). Its very loud at all hours and the access roads (Raleigh St & Jessel Rd), because they are so narrow are constantly gridlocked.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We log issues via a portal which works well as you can webchat with the company. This speeds up the process of raising problems.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew how busy the surrounding area got prior to moving in, as the development was still under construction when we arrived, people weren't able to park the way they can now if there is a space a car will park there which becomes really dangerous and creates major blind spots.

Property is quite good and fully equipped, good size fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven! Rooms are decent sized even the smallest one, garden size is great, flooring is easy to clean and the most important the design is modern and lovely

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The Area is quite good it is walking distance to Walsall town, shops, supermarkets, reedswoods park isn’t far away, the only thing on our street which is bakers street is that the street isn’t open at the bottom to go thought with the car.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always got back to us if any problems quite rapidly

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Really good link for travelling to Birmingham town centre and everywhere around
