This building is situated in a Prime location, adjacent to Bust station, and opp.to Train Station just on the high street. Within 25 to 100 meters from this building, you can find all that you need for your households, food and fashion. Since it's very close to Tran and bus stations, the place is very comfortable, lively lively and well secured.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Never had an issue and any requests to landlord has been addressed swiftly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Honestly, I did feel anything I missed or could have been any better.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living here offers great parks, friendly neighbours, & convenient stores, but traffic and noise are bad

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I haven't raised any issues since I moved in, but the monthly rent is quite high.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I've got nothing to worry about but my concern or my problem is that the rent is too high.

Can hear the train all day and all night and and is loud on a Friday night , there’s only 10 parking spaces for the hole building

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Responded via text email and some times a phone call

Fees for parking but neighbours are grate in my opinion

The building overall is located in the center of the town you got all shops nearby Mac Donald’s shopping mall, train and buses station and

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have never encountered any problems, but I’ve heard that management is very responsive and proactive in addressing any issues that residents may have.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known more about the community events hosted here. They are a great way to meet neighbors and get involved! Additionally, knowing the schedule for shared area cleanings would have been helpful.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Quite alot of traffic noise but that's to be expected whilst living on a main road only really an issue during the day have the occasional issue with the car park next to the building with boy racers but that isn't the buildings fault

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes have only had a couple issues but they were resolved in good time

Some minor plumbing issues that I have had and it can be awkward getting access to the bins
