good for your first flat

Property management are good in some way. However if you lock yourself out, you have to pay £90 for a locksmith to use a key to open the door rather than security using their spare keys to open. At least one lift will always be OOO so expect to climb a lot of stairs

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very good location, however only about 10 parking spots for around 50 flats so you have to rent a spot from a near by car park. Flats are good for when you are on your own but too small of in a couple.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They email you with solutions or what the next steps are.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Families with babies being placed into these small flats, extremely noisy

Daily life at quadrant house

Saj (Tenant)

Aug 2022

Modern, spacious and open planned. Feels homely instantly. Love it. Built in microwave and over. Bathroom very modern. Laminated floor. Plenty of room to do exercises. Very easy to clean and keep on top of. Little storage room for washing machine. Variety or layouts.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very local 2 minutes from the town centre and only 1 minute away from the train station. Right besides the bus stop not much more you can ask for.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very good at responding to any questions promptly and helping with any issues.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Very nice place, definitely recommend.

*Facilities are not well maintained and the lifts are constantly out of order. Rubbish areas and Communal areas are not well looked after, or monitored *Design aspect is very good, my flat is very well thought through and modern. Brilliant applicants. No shared outdoor space, despite it being available which would be a great touch for the residents living here *Value, is expensive for what I have *Property management is below average, I personally feel I'm not looked after as well as other residents here. Often use the reporting tool for Communal issues and feel that they are never addressed fully. On site Security is not good enough

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

*Fantastic transport links *No free parking *No bars or restaurants *Very limited high street Shopping

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes my issues get resolved but feel that issues logged regarding Communal issues are never resolved properly or taken seriously. Never any apologies or updates regarding the lifts

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That 100s of refugees and young children we're moving in and have caused problems with bins, general rubbish in corridors as well as noise issues Not a professional, commuting development as I felt was advertised

Perfect studio flat for bachelor life

Rachel (Tenant)

Jul 2022

It’s really Morden which I love, studio flat which is perfect for me. It has a laundry room which I love, bathroom (shower), toilet which I love, everything is updated which is wonderful! My only problem is it’s hard to get signal with my phone but other than that I love it!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It’s really quiet which I love but also central which makes it easy to shop, for restaurants, park. Everything is a 2 minute walk which I love!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I haven’t had any problems yet, but I’m hoping they would respond quickly

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

A fan as the room runs hot especially during the summer!
