Really close to the super market and train stations

Includes a lift - doesn’t break down very often and if it does it’s only out of service for a few days. Parcels and deliveries are often left in the entrance which is an issue because people feel like they can take your packages. New build so design is very modern, can’t hear neighbours at all but does get very warm in the summer with the thick walls and lack of opening windows

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Really close to the super market and train stations, can’t hear traffic noise often. There is parking available

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Before in the past it was shocking but now I think they have new management it’s super easy to get things fixed etc

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Can get extremely warm with the insulated walls in the summer

This can vary but the building manager is sometimes on top of their responsibility. When we ask for the water and electricity meter readings, the manager is good at giving this to us when needed without having to wait. The design is also very new and good for young adults.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Busy area, right next to transport areas- so very reliable. Lots of shops nearby that are walking distance

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

No I have not have a problem with any issues during my stay.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Prior to moving in I would have liked to know where was the nearest facilities.

I love how it’s so close to the super market

Package area could be more secure, more bin space is needed maybe even having 2 locations. I like how the second part is along side the road so it’s cancels any noise. Apart from that it has everything you need / I don’t use parking so that would be na

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I love how it’s so close to the super market and near the shopping centre and dead in between 2 tube stations. There can be a lot of litter on the streets. Noise is no issue if you don’t live on the road side

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Haven’t raised any this year, it was more maintenance issues in the previous year.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That there is only one window in a studio flat, the streets can get very dirty with litter. Depending on your flat location noise can be heard if you face the main road
