Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very close to the Elizabeth line station, sainsbury is also very close by. Their is not any parking on the street though. The bin store is more often than not overflowing and there is alot of road noise inside the house on the ground floor.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very slowly, had to call multiple times and i have had to contact them twice both times for broken white goods and the average time for resolution was 2 to 3 weeks

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The cleanliness promises of the common areas that the agent makes while renting the property are not to be believed

Excellent Design and Facilities with Responsive Management

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living in my area has both its positives and negatives. The range of local shops and restaurants is decent, offering a variety of options, but bars are quite limited. There are also a few open spaces for outdoor activities. Transport links are generally reliable, but buses can be crowded during peak hours. On negative side is traffic noise is an issue, especially during rush hour, and while anti-social behaviour is rare, it occasionally occurs.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Management in my area is highly efficient and responsive. They address issues quickly, whether it’s maintenance, parking, or noise concerns. Their proactive approach makes a noticeable positive difference in the community. Bin collections are consistent, and any complaints are dealt with promptly, improving the overall living experience.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known how well soundproofed the apartments are. It's pleasantly surprising that even with neighbors nearby, noise isn’t an issue. Also, knowing that parking spots can be limited at certain times would have been helpful, especially for those with multiple vehicles.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It’s a wonderful area with the Station just 5 mins away and with several eateries and shops right next door. Even the grocery options are quite good with the big sainsbury just 3 mins away.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management is very responsive. You can expect a response within a day most times.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I’m quite happy with the area good options all around. It might be a tad of a journey say 30mins to central London but not too bad.

Beckett’s House is a nice place to live

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is perfect to live in east London! There are many cheap grocery stores nearby, amazing Indian/Paskistani restaurants and the best part is the Elizabeth line connectivity which makes it easier to commute to work. The area is also pretty safe post midnight !

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Problems have been solved before but again they just take a lot of time and really test your patience.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew more about the agent/landlord as they are not really professional at work. Late response and delay of work should explain this.
