It is a decent property to live in termas of design and facilities. Cleanliness is good and is taken care at regular interval. Management can be improves as sometimes it take time to get things repair and you need to chase up few times. Ventilation is not up to the mark, rest is ok.

The good part is the location. It is located at convenient distacnce from allbthe basic amenities. Bad aspect is thta it is close to that rail track so a bit noisy.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Management responds but sometimes you need to chase up few times to get things done.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Ventilation is not very good and little noisy as close to the railway track.

Block is easily accessible from the high street with lifts to all floors. Flats are modern and well laid out. Property management company FirstPort leave a lot to be desired but I don't think any good companies exist? They are however quick to respond in case of any pressing emergency out of hours situations.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Excellent town centre location, right in the middle of Uxbridge. Walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants and Uxbridge tube station. Flats are well insulated and keep out noise from the high street.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Pressing emergency issues get dealt with but anything else tends to take time to get resolved (if at all).

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Flat insulation is excellent, you rarely need any heating on in winter. Recommend purchasing a dehumidifier as condensation can easily form on interior window surfaces on cold winter nights. Also helps to dry clothes more quickly!

707 High Road is a clean, secure, modern, well-managed development with an elevator, security cameras, parking and a terrace. There were some issues with the trash room, but now it's under a lock (shout out to the management!), so much better. Do recommend to consider this development.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

North Finchley is a great residential area, with lots of parks, supermarkets, cafes, and, also charity shops (my favorite!). Northern Line takes me directly to almost any destination that I need. Traffic noise and dirt on the streets are my main concerns.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I haven't had many issues, to be fair. But those that I had, were acted upon very quickly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The traffic is pretty loud, since it's a lively neighborhood, so please keep this in mind.

Living in the area offers a variety of quality shops, diverse restaurants, and ample green spaces. The area is well-connected by public transport, including buses and tubes. There are frequent services, making it easy to commute to the city center and surrounding areas.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management was quite responsive with the ETA on the issues raised and making the necessary replacements.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Before moving in, I wish I had known about the train from nearby tracks. Also, it's helpful to check the responsiveness of building management to maintenance requests—knowing these details in advance would have been beneficial.

Over all a good place to live. Building Design is good. Facilities are also good. Best part is location. Very close to all the basic aminities. The con is that close to tube track, so it gets noisy when window is open. It takes time to resolve the issues if you have any in property.
