The development is well-designed with modern aesthetics and functional layouts. Building management is efficient and responsive, ensuring cleanliness and security. Property management is generally reliable but could improve communication regarding maintenance updates.

Living in the area offers a variety of quality shops, diverse restaurants, and ample green spaces. The area is well-connected by public transport, including buses and tubes. There are frequent services, making it easy to commute to the city center and surrounding areas.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management was quite responsive with the ETA on the issues raised and making the necessary replacements.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Before moving in, I wish I had known about the train from nearby tracks. Also, it's helpful to check the responsiveness of building management to maintenance requests—knowing these details in advance would have been beneficial.

The building is designed such that there is sufficient sunlight and ventilation. it is fully furnished. Has radiators as well .they have good security system .a person is available in the building to take care of CCTV and any other complaints. There is room service facility also

This place is quite and safe . What ever u want shops , buses or tube are just 2 min away...they do have car parking.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They responded very quickly for my compaint , I can say it was done immediately

It's a nice and calm place located In a prime location .

Everything was good.Building management was easily approachable. Maintence is good. Design best suitable for couples.It is near to bus station, railway station. Had near by indian shops and good restuarants.

Local shops are good had both indian shops and wetern as well.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

As of now i did got any problem but i have reached for information and they are responded nicely on time

Building itself is nice and warm. I'm saving a lot of money on heating. Flats are a bit small. Build management is rather unresponsive, you have to chase them if anything is needed, they never reply to emails. You have to pay for parking permit 75 pounds a month which I think is way too much considering high rent already.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Local shops are OK, Sainsburys and Tesco nearby. Overall very safe and boring area, no nice bars or clubs. Unfortunately residents of this house cannot get a council parking permit. Transport links are good. Metropolitan and Picadilly line nearby.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building manager itself is OK, but if anything is needed from office people you have to chase them for days, they never reply to emails.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Definitely try to get a flat on the other side of the road, it's sunny and view is nice. You won't be able to get a council parking permit.

Overall a good living experience in small but modern flats

The flats are small but it's a 2 minute walk to the tube station. The station has good connectivity through Met and Picadilly Lines. There's also a costa coffee next to the station. The closest gym is about 15 mins walk and remains open 24 hours.

Not many but useful shops around like sainsbury's local, Iceland and many local convenience stores.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I haven't had many instances where landlord was needed but onsite management is quick in providing access for simple things like meter reads.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That switching from a business electricity supplier to residential one is extremely difficult.
