Its an amazingly designed building providing a great experience for the tenants. The bike storage provided and the parking area makes it accessible for all types of people student and professionals as well. The separate parcel area is also a good way of providing safe space

Good aspects would be the building design staff and everything else about the building. The only bad thing would be safety around our building there are bunch of druggies which maybe harmful for some people

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They instantly solve our issues and problems let be technical or related to something else

The development is pretty decent and made perfectly for both students and professionals. The living area and the reception is a good place to sit and blend at and also the gym provided is one of the best things of the building and it is pretty decent as wrll.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Seems to be a lot of homeless people around doing drugs which makes it unsafe for everyone else specially children and people who work late at night

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I raised a problem for my shower taps which they took a bit of time for but they fixed it and i never faced that issue again

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That we can’t break the contract in between as when we were booking we were told that we can.

I love living in my own space and I love the fact that Platform gives us the liberty to decorate the space to our likings. Because I like in a 1BHK space, I think it the perfect pad for me. Gym at site is like a cherry on the cake. Well designed structure with adequate lighting.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Easy access to Cardiff Central and St David’s. Because I like quiet surroundings, I am glad and happy to say Platform_ just turned to be the place for me. Because I work in the NHS, I do not always get a chance to attend the community gatherings that are arranged in the Resident’s lounge. I did encounter a break in (my car) but it was sorted very quickly by the site managers with involvement of local police.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes absolutely and in a timely manner. The on site team is always happy to help.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I am happy to say that I chose my apartment in the first viewing when I moved to Cardiff and did not have to see any other. Safety was my main concern while viewing houses and I am glad that with Platform_ I don’t have to think of it no more.

Being dog friendly is a major bonus. The staff are excellent. The neighbourhood is bad. Next to homeless shelter. Drug paraphernalia found. Apartment complex is clean. The staff are approachable and friendly. The facilities are great. Love that the apartment complex is pet friendly.

We were told there would be a supermarket on site when we moved in. There’s no supermarket. This was one of the reasons we moved in. The car parking is too expensive.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always excellent. Always respond to issues in a timely way.

Bad neighbourhood. No on site supermarket. Despite this very goon

The building is very new and flats are quite appropriately built. Everything works smoothly- dishwasher-washing machine and dryer. There are good social events to meet with other residents. The only down side is further up part of the street is quite unsafe with a lot of homeless people using drugs. I wish there was something that our management could do about it. We have written complaints on council. Hopefully there will be an improvement.

The location is pretty good, we are close to really good restaurants and bars. Just a 5 min walk to Cardiff central which is very handy

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Whenever we have maintenance issues it gets solved within days.

The amount of increase of rent every year is quite high
