Bin collections are always on time and everything is just convenient.

This location is my partner and I’s first time renting and I will always say it’s like staying at a five star hotel, from the 24/7 security to the on-site gym, not to mention the roof terrace is amazing and the views are amazing.

The lifts are always maintained and are spectacularly convenient. My partner and i requested maintenance in our flat and our issue was resolved in 30 minutes of asking.

And to know someone will always accept and organise my parcel in a secure location makes me feel at ease that i’ll never miss a parcel.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I would have known how busy the place can get outside, with it being by the station and all the other nearby traffic links.

It can get busy and loud but you can always shut your windows and it will be silent once more.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

My partner and i requested maintenance at reception and our issue was seen to and fixed within 30 minutes of us asking.

The design is great. The common areas are cleaned every day which is great. If I had to say one thing that could be improved, the top deck receives strong sunlight, so it gets hot in the afternoon, especially in summer. It might be a good idea to add blind curtains.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Noisy at night due to noise from nearby pubs and construction. The preview visit was during the day, so I didn’t know what it would be like outside at night.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The staff were always helpful when I was in trouble.

Please review your development:

Overall is good except one time shortage of hot water for a week. I can get fast feedback from the management team always. The structure of the building has good isolation of noise from trainstation and street. Safety control is good for access card security.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

amount of council tax to be paid is higher than my expectation.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Water leakage at washing machine has been investigate within 2 hours after it been reported.

Great development. Apartments are well laid out and the communal spaces are first class. Gym has all you would require and the working / collaboration areas are fantastic.

What sets it apart however is the friendly staff who always say hello and are very helpful.

Just open the windows to hear any noise outside. Visit on a sunny day.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

To date I have had no issues but they were hugely helpful moving in and explaining the heating system.
