Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Quiet village location with a great local shop for day to day essentials but within 10 minutes of the market town of Saffron Walden. To go further afield there is a station on the Cambridge to London main line and Stansted Airport just 20 minutes by car. As a no through road there is very little passing traffic and adequate provision for parking.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any issues to date have been addressed by the builder as part of the 2 year warranty

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

If you have not had underfloor heating g before get used to the lack of immediacy in warming/cooling rooms!!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We love the area. We moved here from Lincolnshire and have been really pleased with the location. It’s so near the station, and everything we need we can get from Saffrom Walden which is just a short drive. Parking is great and it’s so quiet here.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yea they have however for a few things it’s taken a bit if chasing to make things happen

The heating system was a little tricky to get the hang of initially, we have now upgraded this so we can control it from our phones.
