Amazing Place near Queens, Romford Station, Tesco, Aldi!

It's an amazing development! We'll maintained, excellent finishing and furnishings! The crowd is good, always neat and clean. The Caretaker is excellent at his job. The apartments themselves are very well made, can't fault them at all. These are not like your typical shoddy new builds! These have been made to high standards!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is excellent. Huge Tesco and Aldi are at walking distance (5 mins)! Bust stop at 3 mins walk! Station and high street 15 mins walk! Queens Hospital 5 min walk! Couldn't ask for more!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, always! All problems raised, big or small, have been solved immediately

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There's no visitor parking! You've your own parking, but that's about it. Street parking is free though.

Lovely little gem

Great sized development, love the roof terrace on the top floor! Great added bonus to living here having access to some outside space is perfect. The only feedback is that the wall lights at the front of the property stay on all night and even when your blinds are closed the light does come through the sides.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Large Tesco within just a few minutes walk from the property which has everything you will need and you don't have to struggle far with heavy bags! The train station, local shops and shopping center are a short walk away and very easy to get to either by foot or bus. Even though there is a main road just outside it is very quiet and you can barely hear any traffic. Everything you need is within walking distance!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have had no problems or issues to be raised with building management.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Research utilities in advance if possible!

This is a repurposed building. Inside has been fully renovated and modernized. The quality is excellent, and the management takes care of the property even after all the flats have been sold. Regular gardening, cleaning and maintenance work.

Location is amazing. Railway station, Tesco Extra, High street, Hospital are less than 10min walk!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes. They're prompt and courteous with all problem

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Papermill House - Urban vibes with London Convenience.

The external of the building is rather bland but the internal corridors are well kept and clean. The building management has been quick to answer any questions or problems I've had with my flat and the gate staff are very friendly and help keep any commotion at night to a minimum.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area can be loud both night and day with the construction of the neighbouring building and the hospital nearby, but it is well connected to Romford station and has a Tesco's in walking distance.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They've responded quickly and solved the issues within days.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known that it would be difficult to get deliveries at first as the postcode wasn't fully registered when I moved in. That has since been resolved though.
