design of the development is aesthetic. there aren’t many facilities but i guess that’s for the best of the low maintenance costs. during the construction period the main drive through area was blocked which made deliveries difficult and inaccessible - that could definitely been improved.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

good aspects are definitely the convenience - lots of groceries and supermarket around the area. bad aspect would be a slightly further walk to the tube station.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

not bad. the customer services team is efficient and dealt with emails fast.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

the construction which only ended in january blocked the entire louis close entrance which made deliveries difficult and even moving in all the initial furniture could only be done during weekends.

The flats are very comfortable and user-friendly. There is enough storage space and moving in was easy due to the elevator. We also have a nice outdoor area (a spacious balcony) and love spending time there. Our walls keep the heat during winter months and it really helps with our bills. Whenever we have an issue, property management is there to support and they are very efficient.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Because we live in Zone 2 and are walking distance to many other central neighborhoods, we really enjoy North 7. Public transport has many options and we have a lot of shops around. It’s a very nice urban area.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, they were very helpful. Thanks for all their support during the process.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There is no car park but lots of parking space for bikes.

I like the design of the apartment but a few things seem to have been an oversight e.g no splash back by the kitchen sink, no light in our dining room, no bathroom mirror. Facilities could have been better e.g access to bins is now restricted by a key meaning recycling is now difficult as we used to be able to use a fob. we also would have liked some kind of roof terrace for the summer. The communal garden is nice. Property management have been great at sorting issues quickly though sometimes we have to wait in all day for contractors which is not ideal.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good: great area, close to previous address, close to transport links, set back from the road so no traffic noise issues Bad: anti social behaviour, parcels going missing, youths making their way up to top floors, no parking

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes we had a few issues when we moved in and a few things have gone wrong since but they are always fixed quickly

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How long it would take for the rest of the building work to finish after we moved in and the fact there would be no gate into the development
