Convenient location to Westfield so have all you ever need on the doorstep, not many bars in the area but a couple of good ones

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

No issues raised therefore can’t comment on building management

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Be prepared for the legal side of things to take a long time. If you already use a solicitor for anything else then would recommend staying with them rather than the options offered

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very convenient transport links, less than 10 min walk to two stations. Walking distance to shops and restaurants, but would like more quick lunch options. Occasionally some anti social behaviour opposite the development.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have reported defects which have all been resolved quickly

It is very close to the trains but you do get used to the noise and double glazed windows are a massive help
