Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It's good living near Staines station and the river thames. Staines is an up and coming area, there are schools and facilities in the area. Windsor great park and Ascot around the corner are also pluses.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management repeatedly used delay tactics and pushed back on us. Four years later it looks very bleak that we'll be able to purchase a parking space.

Of course we wish that we didn't trust the sales team. Don't let these people pressure you and get everything in writing.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The development is at the doorstep of the shopping centre, restaurants, bars, train station and a river for nice walks. Parking is a bit limited due to it being in town centre so we have one parking space bay per flat, and there are single yellow lines around the development to park in evenings. There are car parks but these are also free after a certain time only.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes - very attentive and got back to me straight away, helped me to understand and advise me on the issue

Expenses of the service charge is very pricey and bills are increasing

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very close to the high street which is so convenient- lots of local restaurants and small supermarkets within walking distance. Also a good market on certain days of the week. The train station is easily accessible too.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Mostly but takes time to get a response sometimes.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Parking is difficult if you don't have a space so wish I had asked for a second one (as 2 bedrooms)

London Square Staines is a fantastic place to leave as it is a pet friendly apartment. I would give 5 stars for its location and 5 stats for management teams. I am quite happy with Alex’s team, very helpful.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes. Alex’s team are very helpful. Everything I inquiry I got it solved.

London square is a pet-friendly apartment and if you have lovely pets. This is a good options for you

Great location - next to town centre and Staines train station so it is walking distance to all shops and transport. Town centre has supermarkets, restaurants and there is a nice river walk too

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have acknowledged my issue, and tried best to problem solve or solve the issue

Service charges are very expensive
