Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Incredible connections in and out of London. Straight into central in 25 mins. The neighborhood is sketchy, sadly. But up and coming. The nearby retail park is handy!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes. They were very helpful at accommodating our move in time + date.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
They’re building two more identical buildings next door. It’s going to be noisy for the next 18 months.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
We are so happy at windlass apartments. There is absolutely nothing to complain about. Our apartment is lovely, staff are friendly and helpful, facilities are amazing. Everything just works!! The only slightly negative thing would be the bun are that is very full all the time. But other than that this is the best place to stay!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
All problems or issues raised are always solved quickly and with ease.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Walthamstow is just around the corner and has lots of shops you need!! There is an IKEA very close too which is very handy for a new apartment

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The area is beautiful surrounding the building, including a canal and local birds. There is a retail park down the road which can offer me everything I need with some food options. The only thing that area lacks is a restaurant or bar beside a single pub. The apartments have a great connection to the vicky line.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management was swift about issues that arose and were openly communicative about the problem and how they were solving it.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
How small the gym area is and how limiting it is. So I can get the gym membership earlier
