It is beautiful area and has Friendly neighborhood.friendly neighborhood. The transport is extremely convenient, The bus stop is just around the corner and the train station to Redhill and Merstham are workable within 10 - 15mins.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I’ve been told less people sitting there with more people than we expected living in this area, less parking space than expected.

What is the best feature of your home:

So warmly and airing lighting, beautiful. The facing is so thoughtful, we have Sunshine in bedrooms, living rooms most of time the day, small but lovely garden.

Tesco very close by. 25 minutes walk to either Redhill or mersham Train station. Lakes nearby for walks

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

A lot more building had been built around ours since we moved in. So the landscape has changed for the worse

What is the best feature of your home:

Quite location away from busy town centre,but also within walking distance of it.
