Excellent facilities and well-maintained for the most part. However, creaking sound during high winds is unbearable. Royal Mail deliveries infrequent, though other parcel deliveries are fine. Some repairs or concerns can be incredibly slow as responsibility is passed back and forth between parties such as RHP (rent and service charge collector), L&G, and Berkeley.

Excellent location and transport links (DLR, Jubilee, and Elizabeth lines). Lots of recreational, shopping, and restaurant options.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very slow to respond and react. Some repairs to the facilities have gone on for months.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Extremely high service cost that keeps rising more than other Wharf properties.
