The area is lovely, great view of the city of London, Thames river and the shard. There is good connection in terms of buses and tube. There is a few good restaurants and bars around the area. Coppa bar is a really good place for cocktails and it’s just one minute away. The area is safe both during the daytime and at night.

The view from the flat facing the river and the width of the windows

Nice view. Very central, close to the tube station. Very good transport, tube efficient. Only two grocery stores, it’s better to drive but the traffic is bad.

How close is the building ahead. And not enough sockets and in not handy locations. And the toilet has no socket

The air conditioning and the proximity to borough market

Very convenient and close to work, nice design, a bit expensive. But overall very convenient and comfortable.

There are some delivery problems with certain companies like deliveroo. Our postcode wasn't included.

The location is very good, it’s very central and the proximity to the river makes it a very enjoyable area. There is a lot of amenities in the area with many shops and restaurants a Sainsbury’s and a Tesco are at waking distance. It is a relatively safe area as well with many tourists around during daytime.

After buying the price of the flat went down

The small road in the front is hard to find by taxi drivers
