the building is amazing, and its like a maze, very clean and tidy. loving the gym we have got here, and the new tool room is amazing and they have always been kept clean and tidy at all times. The court yard is really nice and the roof is amazing for the view.

For me there is no bad aspects on this place at all. The staff are amazing and friendly, and very helpful.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

if there is a problem with the building the management will respond very quickly, and with no problems.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

there is nothing that i would have wished for before i moved here.

The Kangaroo works is a beautiful block of apartments with great decor. It’s very quiet and clean - ideal for young adults. There are great communal facilities including a gym, gardens, terrace and reception area. The flats are provided with all essential amenities such as a washer/dryer as well as dish washer.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I really like living in this area - it is very central clean and accessible. There is a Tesco downstairs and plenty of restaurants nearby which is very handy.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The reception staff are very friendly and helpful.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish that I knew construction was still in progress however I think that majority of work has been completed now.

Great location, thoughtful design, seamless rental process and fantastic staff. However, some of the facilities are lacking or damaged and Maintenance isn’t always completed to a good standard. Staff do their best to make residents feel welcome and are very responsive to concerns even if they don’t always have the answers right away

Gym and reception area unavailable for over 6 months. Lacking some equipment. Hours are limited. Rooftop area was lovely but now unavailable because damaged by a tenant with no report on when it will be fixed. The positives are a great location, excellent design and great staff. They do their best to make us feel like part of a community and are very responsive to concerns

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes. Responses have been rapid even when they don’t have the answers right away.

That the facilities wouldn’t be complete or fixed right away

Although kangaroo works was meant to have excellent facilities, this unfortunately is not the case. Upon moving in early December we were told the gym would be available in January but it has just recently open. Communal areas are only open 8.30-18.00 on weekdays as is reception, this makes collecting parcels very difficult. Additionally the roof terrace has been closed for several months.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The development is very well located, shops, cafes and restaurants are all close by. There are several large car parks near by.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have had no issues with my flat specifically however they have still not addressed reduced reception hours and the roof terrace is still inaccessible.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I would’ve know that communal areas/reception are only open weekdays and during working hours and that there would be significant delays in repairing things like the roof terrace.
