Design and quality of the build is good

Design and quality of the build is good, the management are friendly too, would say definitely needs a facility like a gym or coffee shop underneath it would definitely make it feel worth the value not that it isn’t now just a lot of complexes do have a gym so something like that would be nice

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

15 minutes from the city centre location wide is very good, very convenient for me to get to work as well, bars and restaurants all around too, open spaces are good would be nice maybe to have a coffee shop or something underneath giving a discount to tenants or an on site gym many other complexes do that but I do understand it is very new

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We’ve had a couple maintenance problems which have been responded to quickly and efficiently which is nice

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

No good or bad insights it’s a nice place well designed and suited for someone like me

Living in the Pall Mall development offers a high standard of urban living with excellent facilities and services. The thoughtful design and well-managed amenities make it an attractive choice for professionals and families alike. While the central location can mean dealing with urban noise and parking challenges, the convenience and quality of living provided by the development often outweigh these minor drawbacks. Overall, the Pall Mall development is a desirable place to call home in Liverpool, offering a vibrant community atmosphere with all the benefits of city living.

Very modern and clean. Really safe and secure. Co working areas are stylish and well decorated. The apartments have great furniture and fittings. The only thing I'd improve on would be usb ports in plug sockets, as that should be a standard with modern developments. Great storage options. Property Managers are fantastic and are genuinely nice, professional and helpful. Cleaners and maintenance need an appreciative shout as they are terrific. 24 hour conceirge and parcel room. There are two rooftop gardens and the soundproof windows and doors here are incredible. The building is always developing, so would love them to add a gym, as up there with properties like The James and Keel. I love the weekly events they put on for the residents ( Gino D Campo's restaurant coming in to do a tasting session and then giving out 10% off dining cards, karaoke night, prize draws, etc) as well as the discounts they give for all the companies they partner with. This really feels like the way Developments will go in the future, where the experience of living there is bespoke - almost like a top class hotel.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area though central is quiet. Shops are nearby. 5 minute walk to town centre and 10 minutes to the waterfront. A large Costco and Home Bargains are across the road, not too far from Everton's new stadium.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Maintenance are terrific and very quick at dealing with issues.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

ILA have been incredible. We were able to book our apartment 3 months in advance and select our move in day. Had a wonderful welcome gift and handwritten note. Little appreciative touches. It is hard to fault them in any way.

Great development with lots of amenities such as bike storage and social areas. The concierge Ky, Charlotte and Zoe are always very friendly and helpful with questions and go the extra mile to run the events for the residents. Looking forward to the new social areas which are being developed including a cinema room and excercise room.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great area close to Brindley place and broad street as well as the canals so it’s easy to go for a nice walk or cycle. Lots of good bars and restaurants around. The road is mostly quiet and not much trouble around

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes - fixed towel rail and put bird spikes above my parking space

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The events are always good fun and it is a great place to meet people who also live in the building

It's really nice. And I would like to mention Ky, who has been very helpful.

It's quite nice. Especially the concierge is quite useful, since I cannot be home all the time to receive the parcels. The design is also quite nice, and the facilities are nice. It's good to have a public space to store the bikes. It is really usefull.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It's a quite quiet area, but also provides good social life. It's also close to the city centre, as well as tram and bus stops.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Our internet wasn't working, and they told us who to contact and ask for help.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew the the internet wouldn't be working.
