The perfect location. The city centre is a 15 minute walk, during which you'll pass the coach station and New Street train station. A plethora of bars and clubs are only 5 minutes away but for all the fun and convenience that the location offers, it also proves the most important factor; a safe environment.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes. I had an issue with my washing machine which was fixed within 2 days.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known that there is the rooftop terrace.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area is vibrant and there's lots of social venues close by, with only a short walk into the city centre. It's vibrancy means there is always something going out outside. Can have noise at times, but nothing that disturbs your day to day. It's very convenient and the pros definitely out way the small cons.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

. The staff have been lovely and welcoming all the way through from initial viewing to moving in, being accommodating and helpful when you need assistance. Having staff available 24/7 is a big plus for any issues you may come across - made the whole process simple and enjoyable!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It would have been better to fully understand the parking situation for friends and family

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It is very central, and safe on the same time, with controlled gates. So I feel very safe. I have 2 kids, so it’s important that they are safe too.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Millie has been so incredibly helpful, and I trust her 100%. She is the best person on-site. She is always there to help.

I have nothing to share, it is an overall good experience.

Hairpin house is located in a good area, only being a 15 min walk to the centre of town. There are a few clubs and bars in the area but nothing to disturb a night’s sleep.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yup I’ve had minor repairs done and the building maintenance showed up within hours after sending off the request

Being in a good location you have access to a few gyms, bars and shops close by.

So far experience in this apartment is magnificent I love the vibe in here. Hairpin house is one of the best apartment in Birmingham and the best staff with the smile on there’s face every time. Keep it up guys

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

At least within 1 hours they have response to my inquiry's and they have sorts it out In the same day.
