Really nice secure safe building in the centre of Croydon with everything I could need in arms reach. I have nothing but good things to say about area and building. Would highly recommend building to family and friends.

Very Well connected, Everything you need is in walking distance. Nothing I dislike

Good staff, I like security staff. When calling maintenance they imidiatly respond and are brilliant and really helpful

Crime area is high at times in the area and I have kids so doesn't make me feel good about if they was to go out but everything is Great quality. Water pipes did have a problem leaving me with no water for a week at one point.

Building quality is great I love my view and is the main reason for me living here.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

House prices would of bought rather rent

The view is amazing and as mentioned reason for me still living here.

The apartments are spacious and modern with great concierge service and free gym use. Most places come with a parking space too. The building is well maintained and any issues are swiftly dealt with. Close proximity to transport links and the town centre also.

Like: transport links, building management, location to town centre. Dislikes: noise of traffic on the round about. A lot of horns and police sirens!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Swiftly and professionally. The concierges deal with a lot of things personally.

The traffic noise and lack of air conditioning in summer months!

The flat is great! The space has been used well and theres a good amount of storage. Its been built with good quality materials so we barely ever have issues and most people in the building keep to themselves. The development is safe as its guarded by a large gate that requires a fob to open. The area itself has a lot to offer in terms of transport and shops as well. The roads near the development can be unsafe due to bad drivers and confusing crossings. The building offers a gym and friendly, trustworthy staff.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Like - A lot of restaurants in the area, I especially love the Box Park. Dislike - Croydon is a very noisey area which is disturbing.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish i knew how loud the neighbourhood is, police and ambulance siren all time and other noises from the area at any time of day or night.

What is the best feature of your home:

The living room is the best part as its wide and the walls are made of glass.

This flat is very beautiful. My favorite thing about it is all the natural light it receives. The building staff is super helpful and friendly as well. The gym could do with a bit of an update though. There is easy access to public transportation as there is a bus stop right outside the building and the train station is less than 10 minutes walking.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I like that there is a high street very close and if you ever need to grab something quick it is easy to do so without having to travel into central London.

I wish I had known how high electricity would have been to live here
