Basic design but well made and good quality. Some extra details are good such as spotlights instead of a hanging bulb. Lots of power sockets. Building management is good and cleaner comes regularly. Not much response to enquiries compared to when they were trying to sell

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Peaceful area, not many local links for public transport. Country park and cafe are great for a walk and a coffee.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Problems reported with 4_6 week lead time and no further response after 12 weeks

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Building in the local area. Directly opposite we still don't know if houses are being built

I think Milgate is one of the best builders, at least the way the house is looking inside. I wished that there was more space left between the properties, for the detached house. It is nice that the site has also electric chargers in the parking space.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

In terms of shops, unfortunately, the area is not very great. One year and a half after moving to the house, a local grocery store has opened. Otherwise, until then, we would go to Reading for any small grocery items. Also in the area there are no shops (i.e coffee shops) or restaurants... The good part about the area is that there are some playground spaces, parks, gym. So ideal for movement.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

On a few occasions, they were quite sensitive but disappointed with how they handled the incident of shower windows falling

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That the area is very quiet
