Millgate Homes will cut corners and not fulfil planning conditions. They did not complete important conditions in planning and this caused tremendous issues when we came to selling. Lost sale. Millgate did not want to know and did not understand their obligations.

Standard location. Couple of Shops nearby, rural. overall not central. Some schools within close reach.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

They will not complete planning obligations. They do not understand the planning process.

What is the best feature of your home:

Selling it after a great deal of stress and fixing what Millgates ignored.

Beautiful design and well thought layout. Plenty of storage despite it being an apartment. Communal area to a very high standard with a luxury feel. Very responsive after sales team who are always willing to help. Would highly recommend buying through milgate

Good access to local shops and parks. Great outdoor space. Plenty of parking. Some issues with bins and overflowing but still early days

Ask for supplier for blinds/ curtains

All flooring and extras included which are all to a very high standard

Love the building and how well it’s thought out. The design and details is great. The quality of the products within the building are of great excellence. The lobby is a very welcoming place with the stairs very detailed and the furniture in the hallways makes it feel homely

Like how it’s up and coming, seems quiet. The space is great and love how it’s surrounded by greenery

The heat of the property as it’s on the top floor.

I love the kitchen area of the home, the design is great

The design of the building is beautiful and elegant, with a lot of nice touches such as the landscaping and decor. The development itself is very small with several houses attached overlooking onto a beautiful quiet park. I also enjoy the local food trucks that come by to the estate !

There are shops a short drive away, with a local supermarket within walking distance. There is also a frequent local bus. I’m regards to parking, there are allocated spaces as well as guest spaces and on street parking.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had more of an insight into the surrounding areas, but this will come with time.

What is the best feature of your home:

The open plan living is something which I really enjoy.

Overall design and Architecture is good but still there are small aspects which could have been taken care best. I am yet to experience property management in complete way but current experience is good.

The construction quality is good and overall experience of buying from Millgates Homes is good. As this is a developing area, I foresee good development in future
