Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Love the area, really interesting mix of cultures and shops. Beautiful dog walking. Walking distance to station with direct train to Waterloo.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have addressed problems but the standard of work was poor. Allow time to chase them to get faults rectified and you have to keep on top of them.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I am so happy with how incredible the dog walking is and how interesting aldershot is if you take the time to explore. The development itself is beautiful and our home is stunning. I don't for a second regret buying it. My son joined Park Primary school and they are an amazing, kind and supportive small school.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It looks like Aldershot is currently still being developed into a better town, hopefully it will be a more bustling place in the near future. The CMH is fairly close to North Camp and Farnborough which is very convenient for the residents.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

There are multiple issues that are being looked at at the moment.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There are leaking problems waiting to be resolved at the time. The recycling is currently still taking by the developer rather than the council.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good thing is, there is a lot of green space around the property. Its near the high street, train station is just at 10 min walk. The ceiling height is really good. The bad things are The outer/common area of the property is not well lit in the night. There have a lot of sound proofing issues within the property. The customer service is really poor.

Haven’t got a chance to raise any issues with management yet

I wish I should’ve known about the after sales service before moving in.
