I've been really impressed by our development. Moving in was so easy and stress-free which was really good for a first time buyer. Having the apartment furnished with the kitchen, washing machine, bathroom etc. all brand new meant we didn't have to worry about saving for those things. The concierge are so friendly and know us on first name basis.

Noisy could have done with sound proofing

Check the planning applications properly for surrounding units e.g. new shops or gyms opening

Lovely building with great communal area

This is a great building to live in. We are a couple living in a one-bedroom flat and while it is small there is two great common areas. A common room with sofas and tables and a pool table and a rooftop terrace. The building is very secure. One downside is our flat is at the front of the building so it can be a little loud, particularly on the weekends
