The design is beautiful, very modern and chic. Although small it seems very spacious. There have been some snags in the house however they have been resolved. The property management are generally very helpful however, it would have been good to have the 2 year warranty extended.

There are local supermarkets that are walking distance away, which is helpful. Most recently the coffee shop had opened which has been an asset to the overall area. Barking station is only 10 minutes walk away. Overall a positive environment.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very well, although the 2 year warranty is pretty short and should be extended.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The huge influx of service charge that does not cover a lot of what has been promised. It is a little off putting.

Lovely for a first home

The development is very nice, a shame there are no floor to sealing windows in the bedrooms. However the open plan living is lovely and a very nice colour scheme throughout the apartment. Easy access to all facilities with fobs/keys and key cards. .

There is a wide variety of stores close by however the round about leading up to the development (A124) is a nightmare. Cars are blocking the evocative junction causing huge delays.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They were prompt to help resolve the issue yet not fully fixed yet.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The views from the balcony are so beautiful at night of the city. I wish I knew the traffic was that terrible on the round about.

Improve management service and customer services. Some issues needs further solution or further appropriate planning such as cleaning of communal areas, garage safety, security, rubbish collection, concierge service, alarm system. Alexander Faulkner is the management company. Staff from the marketing suite office are quite helpful.

The design of the building could be better. Bin room is right next to the main entrance and foul odour is always present in the air when accessing the building. The facilities such as gym and work space are good. Overall cleaniness of the building is low due to anti social behaviour from some tenants.

It is close to transport links and plenty of shops. There have been a few incidents of anti social behaviour concerning communal areas.

The building management respond quickly and efficiently to issues

The two lifts often break down and go out of service

Blinds dont completely block out the lights at nights. Overall good design. Gym and break out area design is amazing. Spaceous apartment. Beautiful kitchen. Modern furniture. Maintenance of property is good. Great Conceirge. Safe and secure building

The building is near a motorway so can be quite noisy. Good transport links though
