All rooms have lovely large windows, and has been relatively peaceful during the lockdown With a south facing property you'll get super warm rooms even during winter Property Management team are always present and create a sense of community along with the other residents. The management and cleaning team have been heroes during the pandemic!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great shops nearby with Streatham Common just a few minutes walk. 24/7 Tesco extra, M&S, Aldi and even a local butchers. For travel Streatham Rail Station is just 3 mins walk away & the bus station is closer.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Rooms can get hot during the summer nights, and outside can get loud if people are on the courtyard and you have your windows open

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

The corridor floors are loud, creek and maintenance, but is being looked at by management to fix.

Great Place to Live

My apartment is very nice the only issue I have is the use of my balcony. I am on the ground floor so a lot of people sweep their balcony and all of the mess including a lot of cigarette butts cover mine. Children are quite noisy as well so it’s hard to find a peaceful moment out there. But apart from that it’s the perfect home.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Ammenities are really good. The building is on top of a Tesco Extra that is open 24 hours. Leisure centre next door as well as transport including big bus station and train station. And finally there is a large park over the road as well.

I moved here from Austria with my family few years ago. We really enjoy live here as there are all the amenities we need. Tesco is 1 min away, the park is 2 mins away, the area is very well connected to trains and buses running with a 24 hours service. It’s a recommend area for family with kids, as there is a good number of great schools.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Connected to parks, shops, good schools

Good for sharers

It’s a nice and modern apartment, really good for sharing as we both have our bathrooms (2 bed/2 bath). There isn’t any air con and it can get very hot. We have a lot of complaints from balcony below, the balcony has gaps in floor boards which is a poor design as no matter what stuff is going to fall through cracks.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is safe and there are a bunch of stations near by. Lots of connections, only takes me 20 mins to get to work.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Fixed gas anount, we may not use it but it’s a fixed amount which is kinda of annoying. Hot water often runs out.
