Cottrell Gardens is a wonderful development. Beautiful houses in a beautiful location. The developers, Acorn, built a good house, but all new houses have snags and this is where they fail miserably. They are terrible at aftercare service, and basically do little to nothing after you've bought the house, but just string you along, promising to do something later. But, again, the houses were basically quite well built, so it's nothing major. Just a shame they couldn't deliver aftercare support to match the quality of the development.
