Lots of drug users in this building, please do not stay!

Stanley G (Tenant)

Nov 2022

There was once where there was no hot water for a couple of days - this was during autumn so was poor timing. It was fixed after a while though. Building design is bad as weed stench can float from one balcony to another and there are a lot of weed users in this building

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Lots of people smoking weed in the apartments, stinks throughout especially since all units have balconies.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management does not care about weed users.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Lots of inconsiderate neighbours doing weed which stinks up the flat and other communal areas.

Modern flat, I love living here

Samya (Tenant)

Verified Resident

Aug 2019

I like my flat because it is modern. My bedroom is my favourite room because it is big. I would like to have a bigger garden. We have a backside one but it is quite small. We have a nice community and the neighbours are polite.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I have witnessed some antisocial behavior around. For example, street fights. Otherwise, it is a generally quiet area, the tube and the bus station are nearby so it is convenient in terms of transport, the connections are good.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We had issues in the flat but the management responded promptly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing that pops into my mind, my family and I researched it well.

Modern and well built development

Pinna (Tenant)

Verified Resident

Aug 2019

It is a well built development. In terms of facilities, we have a gym and a terrace. There is a 24/7 concierge service too. All residents we have a facebook page where they can share things and organize events. We have some yoga classes free of charge, in the mornings or/and the evenings. My flat is spacious, really modern, the balcony is huge!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

it is a nice area with many shops and restaurants. I dislike that there are a lot of homeless people and drug addicts.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

there isn't anything in particular I can think of.

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

There is a lot of noise coming form the street, I wish I could change this.

The development is quite good for where it. I haven't had any problems within the flat so far. We have an on site gym as well and anyone can use it . It is quite modern and spacious with a lot of space between the furniture and the tables, it is well designed and comfortable too.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It is a very lively area with a lot of things to do around. You also have loads of shops and supermarkets which is quite convenient.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known that I have to get my own WiFi router.

What is the best feature of your home:

I love my living room because it is cosy and comfortable.

The finishing can be better, but it is a modern flat

Imran (Tenant)

Verified Resident

Aug 2019

The finishing can be done better. The building management is okay, they are good in terms of responding. In my flat one of the windows had water coming past, the walls are quite thin and you can hear the neighbours. Other than that, the flat is modern and yet clean.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I dislike that there is some antisocial behaviour in the area, mostly drug taking and drug selling. It is well connected with the Tube station and it is central too. Whitechapel and the big Sainsbury's are best for shopping.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wasn't fully aware of the quality of the finishing before I have actually moved in. It could be of better standard.

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

I wish I had a bigger bathroom in my flat. Otherwise, it is alright.
