Lived here for a year now and I really like it, my neighbours make the experience better, when it’s our religious holidays everyone comes together and we exchange food, really makes the place welcoming. I like my apartment and it’s priced well for the area we live in, and it’s really close to transport and shops.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local amenities are great, everything is close and nothing I dislike right now

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It gets too hot in summer!!!

I live in a one bedroom here at central house and it’s really spacious for me and my partner. The only thing is bills are a little high because you can’t change the supplier you use, otherwise I really enjoy living here.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Local amenities and transport links.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The utility bills are high because it’s one supplier.

Around the apartment you can sometimes get people smoking, which isn't pleasant since the smell lingers around the block. However the high street is really close and it's convenient when we want to go eat and shop, everything you need is a walking distance away.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Hounslow central is a walking distance away. Local gym

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing really.

It's a decent living space for me personally since I live by myself, it's a bit small but really comfortable and the quality is rally good in my opinion. There's part, ingredients on site which is useful but I have to pay for it which don't particularly like. I really like the location, got an asda local and many shops around.

Close to town centre and good transport links

The building feels very safe, especially because of the fob system. We also have security and the concierge. The neighbours as well all seem nice. Inside the flats it is very modern and well designed. I would say it is good both for couples and small families. The building is very well maintained and everyone seems very responsible. Cleaning gets done almost everyday as well, what is great for keeping the building nice and tidy.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Central Hounslow is good. However, the other parts are not, as they don't feel really safe. Even the highstreet can be quite dodgy at times. It could be because of the number of betting shops which don't attract the best public. Transport is very good, and the area is well connected. There are many buses and trains. The area is also good for shopping, and there is a big ASDA nearby which is very convenient.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I am very happy with the flat and the building in general so no.
