We love our location! Easy convenient and private! Easy access to the station, only issue was there are some sketchy individuals that come through every now and again and we wish this wasn't the case

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes all concerns and request were met. Asked for a spare mattress and they ordered it right away

Mmm nothing to mind. Maybe requesting the car parking slot earlier?

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Overall design is good i would say as time goes by things do change such as security for this building i feel has gone less before i would see more guards around the builing now i just see one at nights specially. Also the lifts gets out of service quickly now. So hard for me as im on level 10. Also the parking is a big issue for me as i dont have the basement parking because its so expensive i feel per flat one parking should be free atleast

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

It was quick within 2 days i got it repaired they came to see the problem and triee their best to fix the problem and then told me what they will do if it doesnt get fixed

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That i had to buy parking for the car in the basement

Charter Place is situated right in the center of Hounslow East high street, just a minute’s walk from the bus station and three minutes from the tube station. There are three to four reputable schools nearby, making it a convenient location for families. The high street has a vibrant Asian community with numerous dining options.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has been quite responsive to the issues I’ve raised. They address maintenance requests promptly and keep residents updated on any ongoing concerns. Overall, their proactive approach has made a positive difference in our living experience.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The rear entrance has its advantages and disadvantages. On the plus side, it provides easy access to the tube station and Osterley. However, the lane can feel a bit unsafe at night due to some individuals using the area for drinking.

Charter Place is ideally located in a prime area, with close proximity to High Street, Hounslow East Tube Station, and several schools and colleges, making daily commuting convenient. It’s also well-connected by multiple bus routes, adding to the ease of access. There are numerous shops and restaurants nearby, and having Amazon Fresh and Belucci right on the premises is incredibly convenient. Additionally, a major hospital is within a short distance, and Heathrow Airport is just minutes away, making it a perfect location for frequent travellers.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management at Charter Place is exceptional—responsive, proactive, and always willing to go the extra mile. Any issues or requests are addressed promptly, often within the same day, which adds to the comfort and peace of mind for residents. Their dedication to ensuring a well-maintained and smoothly operated community is evident in every interaction. It’s clear they genuinely care about creating a positive living experience for everyone here, and their commitment truly sets Charter Place apart.

1. Renewal Price - You may see higher renewal price. So it's better to ask how much you could expect rent to rise at each renewal. 2. Best Times for Amenities: The gym and common areas are fantastic, but they can get busy during peak hours. If you prefer quieter times, mornings or late evenings are generally best. 3. Building Community: The community here is welcoming! Look out for social events or gatherings that the management sometimes organizes; they’re great opportunities to meet neighbours and feel more at home. 4. Package Delivery Tips: With Amazon Fresh and other deliveries common here, knowing where and how packages are stored could be handy. Our management has a reliable system, but setting up notifications with delivery services can help you stay updated.

It's always about location, location & location. 15 mins to Heathrow Airport. 20 mins to Hammersmith. 10 mins drive to Twickenham and 30 mins drive to Staines. High Street is just 5 mins away and there is a Amazon Fresh on the ground floor, which opens from 7am to 11pm. Again, you can't ask anymore when it comes to location.

Whenever you talk to them directly and send an email to them, you always have a quick response.

Hounslow is a diverse town in West London and the High Street may not be the most visually dazzling place. Definitely I should have taken my time and felt out the vibe before I moved in.
