Outstanding facilities and Incredible team !
Charter Place is situated in arguably one of the most prominent locations in Hounslow. it is vey well connected with transport links – buses, tube & train stations and Heathrow airport. The place is surrounded by so many restaurants, shops and high street is an easy stroll of less than 5 minutes.

We are staying at Charter Place since last year while our home is being refurbished and the experience of staying here has been truly outstanding. Everything about this place – the prominent location, the design which is so modern & functional, well-planned layouts that maximize space, the amenities – are absolutely top notch. We have enjoyed our stay so much and will recommend this place highly to any potential tenants.
The amenities like on-site gym that is so well equipped, communal socializing area, play area for kids, BBQ place that can be rented, 24-hours -concierge services, security etc. are excellent and are as good as any similar establishments may offer. Having access to those wonderful amenities is truly a privilege and had made our stay so much comfortable.
But for me, what makes this place so better is the incredible team that is running this place. I believe that any organisation gets better because of its people and that is so true here at Charter Place. All the people that are working here are excellent and contributing to make sure the residents are enjoying their stay. I have dealt with almost all of them and it is such a joy to interact with them. They are so nice & friendly, the way they have dealt with various issues is admirable and worth mentioning. I am listing those few names in the order that I have dealt with them.
My initial enquiry started with Camilla who was so warm and welcoming, she showed me around the facilities and dealt with all the formalities with documentations, contracts etc very promptly. She ensured our move into this place was smooth and helped us settle in very comfortably.
For any day to day issues, Alice and Sonia acted as first port of call and they have helped and resolved it immediately and ever so promptly. They both are very nice & friendly, always have time to listen to the problems (if any) and will act on it very efficiently.
We had issues with furniture in our flat and the maintenance team – Karim & Sorin – visited our flat, looked at the problem and got it fixed on the same day. Their expertise and service delivery was really impressive and I was so glad with the way they got it fixed so seamlessly.
The two ladies in the housekeeping team – Antonia & Chuchu – have such a challenging task to ensure all communal spaces are clean. I have seen both of them working almost on a daily basis and their work keeps this place sparkling clean and they do it with a big smile on their faces.
Lastly, there is Zainab who I dealt with during extension of our stay here and she was truly exceptional. She is such a charismatic person, warm & welcoming and prompt & efficient at the same time. It was so much easier to deal with her and get our stay extended here without any hassles.
All those remarkable individuals and their contributions make stay at Charter Place even so much refreshing and comfortable. I have thoroughly enjoyed dealing with them all for any issues or even for little friendly chats. Our stay here at Charter Place is even so relaxing and remarkable because of those people and I am truly thankful to each & every one of them.
Our stay here has been truly comfortable & memorable and I will strongly recommend this place highly to any potential tenants..
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I got to know about the excellent ventilation system within the flat only after staying here for 8 months. I wish I had known it earlier as the rooms used to get really warm on a few nights in summer months and I could have used it more effectively had I know it earlier.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We had issues with furniture in our flat and the maintenance team responded and sorted the problem on the same day – very impressive and prompt actions by them.
