Great staff

JR (Tenant)

Jul 2024

The staff in the building are very friendly and helpful The gym was good but too small meaning it got too busy a lot of the time. The climbing wall which was advertised when we first signed the lease was not opened until about a year and a half into moving in so we didn’t have much access to it

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The building is ideally located in the heart of Bristol, very convenient. The main issue was the bin chutes rarely worked

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building staff were quick to correct any issues

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Wish I had known more about the parking cost/availability

At a high level, very nice, but maintenance is poor.

Annon (Tenant)

The development is nice with good facilities. However maintenance is an issue. The bin chutes have been switched off after being frequently broken and mould issues take several months to repair. Facilities like the projector screen and climbing wall were not operational for several months.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The property overlooks CastlePark which is lovely though in the summer there is late night shouting.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

A response is given quickly but fixes can take several months to be carried out.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The rock climbing wouldn’t open for 18 months and the bin chutes would be turned off.

Great but could be perfect

Perfect location and premises. Needs to be more secured and managers need to have better communications with residents. Facilities are nice. Gym is nice but needs more equipment. Climbing wall still not available. Best factor, location. Worst, noise.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Shops and services around the area is great as everything is very close. Downside will be the noise as it is in the city centre.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They need to find a way to communicate better with residents

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Utility bills company and council tax band. Wi-Fi providers also.

Really good

Gt (Tenant)

The building is beautiful and the location is awesome! Some of the staff could take a lesson in customer service, and the etiquette of management. The maintenance could be better as well. There are problems that could be addressed in a timely fashion but never completed.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very convenient and nice. Sometimes a bit scary with the drunks nearby but all in all can’t beat the city life

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Usually fast, some of the are very kind and helpful

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew the stove was unable to be used without certain pot and pans

Good facilities and helpful staff but could be improved

The facilities are good and the staff are helpful. However, the climbing wall on-site still hasn’t been opened yet, which is frustrating as it was one of the reasons I picked this development. The property would also benefit from a delivery notification system as I would have no way of knowing I had a package if I wasn’t expecting one. There is also the issue of Community Utilities which has not been helpful or responsive in issuing energy bills.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There is limited parking availability but it is next to a park. Close to amenities and close to the train station. There is some antisocial behaviour and I have noticed that bikes have had their wheels stolen.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Not to my knowledge. They seem to be understaffed h

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

They offer discounted deep tissue massages which is something I did not expect
