Brilliant Place to Live in a Central Location

Design - great for winter (never turned the heating on), summer can be very hot and hard to cool flat down. Worth it to not pay heating bills. Facilities - gym and rooftop terrace are great. Also parcel collection service very useful when you are at work. Staff are wonderful, sorts everything out that we need very quickly. Couldn't fault them

Really close to Cabot circus which is great for a quick shopping trip on lunch break. 10 min walk to Train station with good links towards Bath and Cheltenham. Can be slightly noisy at night with Left handed giant but only with windows open

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes any issues are sorted within a week. Handyman only comes on Thursdays so usually sorted that day of the week

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Lack of kitchen storage can be an issue, at first glance looks a lot but one cupboard is the dishwasher and other is under the sink with not much room. The fridge/freezer is also disguised as a cupboard making it look like there is more storage than there is

The design of the buildings is modern yet welcoming, with spacious layouts and big enough windows that let in plenty of natural light. The facilities are top-notch, including a well-equipped gym, a serene rooftop garden, and a communal lounge that's perfect for socializing or working remotely. Building management is responsive and professional, always addressing maintenance requests promptly. The property management team goes above and beyond to ensure residents feel at home, organizing community events and keeping the common areas impeccably clean. Overall, they provides a comfortable and convenient living environment with a strong sense of community.

Living on here has its perks. The range and quality of local shops, restaurants, and bars are impressive, with a good mix of high-end and affordable options (for being in the city centre). There's a nice coffee shop nearby that I frequent almost daily. The open spaces, like the nearby Castle Park, are well-maintained and perfect for a leisurely stroll or a weekend picnic. Bin collections are reliable, and I haven't experienced any issues with anti-social behaviour. Traffic noise is minimal, making it a peaceful place to live overall.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management has been prompt and efficient in addressing any problems I've raised, always helpful.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I'd known about the occasional late-night noise from the nearby restaurant, which isn't noticeable during viewings. Apart from that, pretty peaceful

My first & very well loved home in Bristol

The internal property management team are absolute stars. Couldn't have lived here without them - always attentive, kind and considerate! The team always make the effort to put on events, community get-togethers and ensure we are all aware of any updates, maintenance or disruption. The design and overall facilities of the property are fab - great space to hang out with friends, hire out for larger parties or simply for yourself! I have lived here for approaching 4 years and during that time, the space has got a little more tired, but still is clean and well-kept condition! The downside has been the surrounding buildings' scaffolding and work. It's very disruptive and doesn't make the area look very nice or appealing (compared to what it used to be, anyways!)

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Extremely convenient location (< 10 minutes to bars, restaurants, pubs, shops, parks...) you can't be in a more prime spot! Temple Meads is about a 10 minute walk away and nearby bus stops which have great links into Bath, and further out neighbourhoods of Bristol. Anything you need in the centre, you can 100% walk there - not a problem! The area is on the whole a very tame. quiet place to live as during the week it is predominately workers who are pacing (as you are situated very near the financial/TV/banking offices). However, occasionally on the weekends you get hen & stag do's passing through to get to the centre from the local hotels and train station. These can be quite disruptive! Bin collections are always done well & on time, zero traffic noise as it's a pedestrianised area, and parking availability is discussed with the development as it is underground! All in all love living here!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always quickly, kindly and informatively! Never had a problem at raising any issues regarding my property. There has been a bit of miscommunication and radio-silence from the wider Grainger team when moving out though.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

A lot of people keep themselves to themselves - wish there was more opportunity, lead by the property management, to create a Whatsapp group where people can chit-chat and form friendships! Sometimes in-person parties can be quite intimidating to some OR people don't go.

overall, great to have found such a gem in bristol. great price for what you get, luxury and beautiful area. respectful resident team who help with home issues at no cost. however i dislike that the elevators always have issues. it makes it very difficult especially when doing large shopping

Good- great access to the city centre and tesco shopping Bad- noise from nearby bar can be disturbing depending on where you live

yes, they fix every issues from home repairs to general areas

All good but need to update the utilities.

I believe the facilities within the apartment need updating. For instance, when I moved in, the sink was clogged, the toilet seat was broken, and the extractor fan works intermittently.The elevator has been under maintenance for a long time but still frequently malfunctions. Additionally, the surrounding bars are excessively noisy.

Customer service team always provide warm and necessary notification. But the Elevator!! always broken, I was stuck in it several times, it is dangerous

Sometimes they may misunderstood, but after explanation, they are happy to solve it.
