The Development is relatively new and improvements are made on a regular basis. In a year time, hallways have been repainted and stairs rebuffed. Security is guaranteed with 24h concierge doing rounds in each building. Cleaning on commune areas is good but could be done more often.

Restaurants are closing down for the weekend, it’s busy during the week but quiet over the weekends
