Really nice place to stay

The design of the building inside is bright and nice and it looks very grand and modern. There is a lots of facilities like swimming pool, gym, library, etc which are well maintained and cleaned every day. The concierge staff are very friendly, polite and helpful.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It is in very close to the shops you need for everyday i.e supermarkets such as Tesco Express and Asda and with a 15 mins walk you will reach Canary Wharf for more. There's 2 bars nearby which make it a good place for watching football with friends.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The reception response to the question raised very quickly and very helpful with anything.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There is a playground nearby so might be noisy sometime in the afternoon.

Small but nice flats and Canary Wharf

Flats are small in particular the studio. But the design is nice. Development has good facilities with a large gym, small screen room etc. Views are really good especially from the top floor. I really enjoy my stay at this development although probably not good for families.

Very nice located. DLR station is very close and Canary Wharf Jubilee station is at 15 mins walking. Quite area especially during weekends.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Communication was appropriate. Don’t have any issues

Nothing really. I used to live very close to the development so I knew what I needed before moving

Flats are small but well design and with good equipment. Many of the tenants are renting here for short stays, so be aware that your neighbours might change quite often. There are good facilities, especially the gym. Building management is OK and they were helpful with us.

Good place to live although on the expensive end of the range. Very good commuting options. Not much traffic noise or antisocial behaviour

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

All queries and issues were responded to between 24-48 hours which is not bad

The development is modern and stylish. It has great accessibility and transport links. We are very pleased with our decision to move here. We find that our home is energy efficient and has been well designed with only few snags which have been resolved.

There are very little problems in the area. We really find it a safe spot to raise a family with lots to do.

We have never had an issue that required the support of management.

A fantastic home

The building has a modern style with good kerb appeal. Inside it is well appointed and has all the amenities you would expect. The property managers have been attentive when required so overall we are really pleased and would definitely recommend the development.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There is a great variety of bars and restaurants in the local area that suits all tastes. We are a family and we find that we are spoilt for choice in terms of entertainment for the kids.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We have had no significant issues but have found the managers to be available if required.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish that I had known more about the transport links as we worried but found it to be well connected.
