The development looks great although it is clear it has not been built to last. Looks fantastic and modern however it has required a lot of repair work already. However, the location is fantastic and the flat looks amazing. Love the view from our balcony

West Ealing is great, easy access to Central London with Elizabeth Line and lots of good areas around locally

Sorted very quickly and efficiently. The agency we go through have been excellent

Try the heating before winter! Lots of snagging but generally fantastic

Stunning design and attention to every detail, friendly concierge staff and nice reception area. Building is modern, clean, inviting communal gardens, v good relationship with property management team. Bin and bike syorage always seem clean and tidy. Video intercom and two level access doors make us feel very secure as well.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Excellent transport links, great retail, entertainment and supermarket/pub/restaurants within 15 min walk, lovely tree-lined streets, however as the development is set just off the train tracks the noise takes a bit of getting used to.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quite promptly, we can keep track of any defects or issues raised easily though our portal.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Just how noisy the property would get at peak train times (early morning and afternoon especially with freigh trains).

Concierge is so helpful. It does take a long time for anything to be initiated though but this is out of her hands. She goes above and beyond to support and I can safely say without her it would have been very hard for the home owners in the building

Great area. Quiet but yet the high street is so close with all amenities. Local shops are really friendly and the Drayton court hotel is lovely to have next door

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

See above….the email trails I have are quite telling.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew how stressful it would be getting snags fixed. They have taken longer and been more stressful than buying my apartment. It would have made me think twice about buying here

Excellent location. Average design. Okay facilities. NO building management. NO property management. There is no management at the development at all. Raised some issues but no one bother to reply. Appointment confirmed but no one came on the day, received email the day after claiming work has been carried out problem resolved, but definitely NOT.

Ealing is definitely a great place to live at. Great environment with a range of local shops and restaurants. However, no parking and living close to the rail might be a bit noisy.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

There is NO management at the development at all. Raised some issues but no one bother to reply. Appointment confirmed but no one came on the day, received email the day after claiming work has been carried out problem resolved, but definitely NOT.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Management. If I had known there is NO managment at all this property will not not chosen.

Hope to strengthen security later. Iron gates, for example, can be closed at night. Hope to dispose of dead plants in time. I think it would be more convenient if all the packages could be put in the parcel room. If feasible, I hope to add some express delivery services

The environment is clean, green is very good, the dustbin is handled in time, the parking space is sufficient, the supermarket next to is very next to, the traffic is convenient, the property staff is amiable

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I haven't had a similar problem so far, I haven't really felt it yet, but I'm sure I'll handle it well. Everything went well when I bought the house

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I am worried about the BT building opposite, whether they will be demolished in the near future, then the noise and cleaning problems may bother me, because it is very close to me. In addition, if the building is demolished and rebuilt, it may be a long process, which is my concern
