Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great because it’s close to two stations, not great as it’s on a main busy road with limited places to park

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes we reported a leak in our bedroom. I think he was seen to

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Parking restrictions on road. Guest spots would be ideal

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I have no complaints, we love our flat, we love the size, especially the size of the bathroom, it’s perfect for the two of us, neighbours are lovely, concierge is nice and helpful, our family live close by so the location is great for us. Bins are useful that they are just downstairs and kept clean, no noise.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quick, efficient and effective. Will look into it straight away and get back to you with any comments or resolutions

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We are happy with everything at the moment & knew everything needed to know before we moved in

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Overall the location is great and has good transportation links to London. However the local shop is a Waitrose petrol station which is extremely overpriced. Parking is terrible for guests. Train disturbance every 30mins in the day and evening

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very reactive and helpful. They use WhatsApp to communicate

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The train station and the lack of daylight during the day

The management is good and is also has a gym which is very useful. The bin collection is good and there are never any issues.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have always responsed fairly quickly and it has been good. No complaints here.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Tbh there isn't much to say about this, maybe just the area.

Modern living away from the hustle of London

Ahmed S. (Tenant)

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Shop: collection of small shops and pubs 15 min walk away. Little waitrose 2 minutes walk for urgent essentials. Tesco extra and Morissons a 10 minute train away. Transport: bus service is usually spotty. 3 train stations are nearby. Closest is the Whyteleafe South which is a 2 minute walk away and has periodic trains every 20 minutes to London Bridge. The journey takes about 40 minutes. Parking: limited parking available on street but the building has plenty of basement parking available for a 100£/month. There are electric charging points available. The basement is safe with fob access.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building maintenance is very responsive on WhatsApp. Even on weekends.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I would've been great to have a larger communal garden to socialise with the neighbours.
