Design of the interior is nice. Unfortunately the design of the garden spaces is poor. Same price properties have huge differences in garden space. Also access to the driveways was and is terrible. The steep drop means low cars struggle to access their own properties. They have still not resolved this issue.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good for families and transportation links and close to the motorway and local to shops. Great walks in the woods Bad no local coffee shops/pubs/restaurants

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Bad was that they forced us to move in 3 months before due date

What is the best feature of your home:

The kitchen is a good size and well laid out. Options available had a good choice.

Love it, few niggles

We really love our house, though may have benefitted from more storage. The sale and initial aftercare was really well provided by sales and the on site team but the long term after care provided by an off site team and contractors is disappointing to say the least.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Though everything is reachable within a short drive, it is a shame there aren’t more high quality local amenities within walking distance e.g. restaurants and I anticipate a shortage of school places in years to come. We love living on our street - I just wish the neighbours would use their driveways rather than parking their cars completely on the pavement as this is hazardous for those in wheelchairs or with prams and it can make reversing off the drive quite difficult due to reduced visibility.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing really, we did our research and would advise any prospective buyers to do the same.

What is the best feature of your home:

Everything! We love having a driveway and a garden and a new build home which is free from some of the stress of an older house.

The house is nice however a lot of snags still not done .windows are poor quality and a lot of noise from the busy main road . No fence from main road all trees and bushed have been dead since planted. Customer service never call you back when you complain about snags not done .

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

House is nice but main road is very noisy. No fencing from the outside main road , and burglars just walk over into the gardens . Parking ok bins were a nightmare for the first 3 months but being emptied, no steer lights .lots of pubs and restaurants in Heywood.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The window are not what is promised, no snags and having to chase up deal in fixing them.

What is the best feature of your home:

The layout of the house and the parking and garden .

The buildings are well made and look nice.

The buildings are well made and look nice. There is a spacious layout of properties with plenty of parking an old green spaces. The houses are bright and features such as kitchens and bathrooms and of good quality. The builder, taylor wimpey were good at resolving any issues with the new build.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The development is quiet with good access to motorway junction allowing easy travel. Middleton is a short drive down the road with all the shops you need.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I would have liked to have known the exact bin collections as these were not correctly listed on the council website at first.

What is the best feature of your home:

I like how bright it is, but also the fitted wardrobe in the main bedroom which provides excellent storage.
