Building management: I would prefer cleaning being performed more frequently, that is the only point that it could be improved, then it is good. Design: is really nice and fitted with high quality devices. Something to improve is the kitchen area for doing the washing-up, the wall is painted with a not washable paint and it gets splashed quite easily.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The development is at an excellent location, near restaurants, bars and pubs. The location is also convenience for transportation both train and bus. Bin collection and anti-social behaviour are just fine.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They used to respond but not always provide a solution. The heating system wasn't working in the apartment and they didn't provide full support

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I'd just explain how the bin collection system works, it was new for me and I had to figured out by my self

A breath of fresh air for Maidenhead

Overall a really lovely place to live in. As the area develops, it will hopefully get more lively, but the cafes and restaurants around have already made a massive difference. The building is well kept and the interior design of the common areas is very good. No management company yet to take care of the maintenance of the building and similar, but Shanly are doing a good job at handling those issues as they arise for now. Neighbours are mostly great and respect quiet hours.

Lovely cafes, restaurants and loads of green spaces around

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We had some problems with our windows and they were fixed within a reasonable timeline.

We haven’t been living in for that long so can’t make any comments on this.

The property is well insulated, light abs has a great design. The main bedroom and balcony are huge, and the overall flat size is great. It has been finished to a great standard. Any issues we have had ie minor snag, the facilities company have been straight out to sort it. Highly recommend this plot!

This property couldn’t be better placed. It is bang in the centre of town next to all the upcoming restaurants and bars. The plot is so well insulated, it is so quiet inside the building. We have one car park underneath the property, the only thing it doesn’t have is guest parking. Easy access to the train station. Great bin facilities and they have an agreement it is not collected at an unsociable hour

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, they always respond to us within the day! They have fixed everything we have needed and gone over abs above

If you want a quick sale, go with the solicitors the developer recommends!
