Nice homely estate with community feel, no frills.

The estate is managed by a TMO (tenants management organization) who do care about residents, and there is a resident's board too. It means communal repairs are done and there is a feeling of community. Visually the blocks are very plain and have minimal facilities. However there is a lovely private green space between two blocks that's quite large and good to relax in. It always feels safe and great value for the transport links!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The road we're on has a couple of nice Portuguese delis but aside from that it's a bit bare. Brixton is close by though. Transport links are incredible.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Be aware that the local restaurants are bad for vegetarians.
