The apartments have modern interiors and are fitted to a high design. Each has a private balcony, and includes modern, sleek, and design led furniture as part of the package. Additionally, the adjacent building has various facilities including a fitness studio, a private club lounge, and a dedicated concierge. All apartments have under floor heating, wood flooring in the living areas and fitted wardrobes and carpets to the bedrooms. Kitchens have quartz worktops and integrated Bosch appliances, including oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. The apartments with an en-suite have a walk-in shower. Likewise, other points include a shared, elevated and landscaped garden. Also, shared bike storage and parking bays are available on request.

Building was completed recently (2020 or 2021 I believe) - includes gym, working space, lobby, gardens and 24h reception. Bike storage + parking on site. Good design for the building, some furniture are higher spec some others less so. Common areas cleaning are prob 2x week, property management relatively responsive

Clapham Junction is a 10/15 min walk, very close to the river gets pretty nice especially in summer. Few grocery stores in the area and a few restaurants bars 10 mins away (couple of pubs nearby too)

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Some delays at times but overall management has been pretty responsive

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Heliport in the area / Clapham Junction is a 10/15m walk and other buses are unreliable

Building is nicely refined and plenty of facilities, including concierge, parking, gym and working desks. The concierge team is amazing and present 24/7, whereas the property management team is not very responsive and cleanings could be organised more regularly in the buildings

Still not so many restaurants within 5/10 minutes, but lots of choices if you are willing to walk 15+ minutes. Closest station would be Clapham Junction (no tube stations nearby), but lots of buses connections in the area

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, although sometimes with very long delays which makes it complicated

Be aware of commute times if you are working in central London

Nice new build in Clapham Junction by the River

Great new building, the shared facilities with the private block make all the difference. Concierge 24/7 is a life saver. The gym is quite small but good thing to have. The design of the property and block is nice and done with taste. In terms of management the team is a bit difficult to reach and slow on processing requests - there’s definitely room for improvement

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great location for river walks, lots of small parks around the area, nice couple of pubs with river views. Lack of grocery, cafes and restaurants options on a 5 min radius. Good transport link as only 10m walk from Clapham Junction station. Bus routes are quite good as well with multiple options to Victoria.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Response time is slow and sometimes multiple chasing emails are required until action is taken.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Fixed contract with heating supplier from the landlord cannot be changed which means you can’t choose your own supplier and whenever there’s price increase we have to take it without any other options

Beautiful modern building, poor interior quality in a no-man's-land location

Design is beautiful and modern. Furniture tended to be of poor quality and easily scuffed and damaged. Property management is generally unresponsive and is difficult to arrange for repairs or to answer general queries. Concierge service was excellent however.

Very few local cafes or bars. Not close to much shopping facilities and 15 mins walking distance from a supermarket in any direction. The only solace is the proximity to the beautiful Thames path.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Getting a response from the landlord proved difficult over our tenancy.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The difficulty in connecting with the landlord and their failure to assist in ongoing tenant issues

Nice building . Lovely finishes and design. Some small bad design choices such as windows which don’t open in a ventilation mode which makes the flat very warm in summer. Flat has lots of storage and huge kitchen area. Bedroom could be bigger . Overall very functional flat

Battersea isn’t very well connected and mostly residential however the building is well located close to the waterfront. It does face a busy road but very well insulated.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Still waiting for solutions despite having moved in months ago.

Overall a smooth process. Very much plug and play experience.
