Strata homes are well designed and maintained for the first two years by Strata Care. Still waiting on a grassy play area to be completed, as building work is still under way. Grass verges are cut regularly during the growing season, so the area is kept nice and tidy.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Fairly close to Asda and Xscape, which has a range of restaurants and bars. Close to the M62. Bins are collected weekly, plenty of parking spaces on drives and street.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

No blinds are fitted to the roof widows, so these have to be ordered after moving in.

What is the best feature of your home:

The property has a large kitchen, which is great for cooking and entertaining.

The development is perfectly situated in castleford and close to m62 for easy links. This is the first house ive owned on my own and couldnt be any happier with the property all the rooms are very large with the exception of the office. Kids have plenty of space to roam around the house and not get under each others feet

Really pleased with this development. Moved in very easily, very close amenities with xscape within walking distance. On the street everyone has been very friendly and accommodating.

Snag the property fully. Saves effort that its done before moved in.

The huge kitchen. We've had many parties here since moved in

Great site and overall managed well by site and sales team. Lovely looking houses and development. Some inconsistencies with finishing on roads and paving etc but hopefully will be all up to scratch once site is complete. Location is great and houses are beautiful.

Great access to motorways for travel to all around Yorkshire. Easy to get into Leeds via car or train. Some noise from motorway but you learn to drown it out. Castleford tends to be getting more nice bars and shops so good selection of retail and hospitality now.
