Everything is good when I first moved in the property. A welcome pack is placed in the kitchen. This property can provide residents perfect viewing of Southampton and river. Modern furnitures with excellent reception service, you will never worry about your parcel!

Perfect staff and service. Excellent furniture and hygiene. Perfect view! We got study room gym. Meeting room etc facilities.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes most of problems will be replied quickly, like facilities problems, or parcel collect etc

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Viewing of the city, most of rooms can see the river and Southampton city center.

The flat has a good view of the ocean

Nice gym and common room on the ground floor, good facilities in there. The flat has a good view of the ocean. repair team comes quickly. The property management team is helpful most of the time, however, there are problems that they can not solve, which is understandable.

Poor location, not much entertainment around. The good thing is that it's near the ocean, and there's a nearby bus station as well. Annoying & dangerous teenagers wondering around sometimes.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

very fast, normally they come on the second day after your request.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The view is something to look forward to, but there's huge wind cause it's near the ocean. Be careful when you are entering the building cause there might be non-residents following you. Also DO NOT leave your stuff in the common room cause someone might just 'borrow' it.

Very lovely building, has a gym and communal spaces. As it's a new build, the flats are very modern and well insulated. However, it's very clear where the development has cheaped out, such as the poor planning, the lack of storage in the flats and clear rush jobs with flat issues. Building management have been great to deal with, just the price of a flat here is not justified. Feels more like a long term hotel.

Lots of local shops, a nearby cafe and bar and Lidl. Unfortunately lots of anti-social behaviour around the place and expensive car parking.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The receptionist has been very helpful with answering any questions.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The area is not that social, it's very boring. Also takeaways have to come across the bridge and are usually then cold! Views are amazing. Lots of international people here which is nice too.

Modern design, simple and practical. Small gym, yoga room, kitchen with dining area and a terrace and office space on the ground floor are available for the tenants. Property management is helpful, quickly respond to any issue. You always feel very welcome here. The apparemment has fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms. Large windows give perfect view from any room.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There are many small shops around and Lidl that cover most of day to day needs. Good dentist clinics, nice cafe and a bar are within 50 metres from the building. Bus stop is also very close, underground parking is available.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We don’t have much problems so far but any small issue is resolved very quickly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Very nice walk along Itchen river toward Victoria Park and swans that are always at the same place. Phone application that allows to open the doors without keys (fob).

The layout of the room is good and the facilities are new

The layout of the room is good and the facilities are new, such as washing machine, new air conditioning system, hot water heater, but the details of the decoration such as siding are not so good, the wall paint is very thin and easy to peel off, the house sound insulation is good.

Undoubtedly the landscape around this is nice, the nearest bus stop is about a 2 minutes walk but the train station takes about 10 minutes, there is a lidl nearby but there are very few restaurants in the neighbourhood. There is a definite possibility of encountering teenagers coming over and harassing passers-by while smoking weeds as well as illegally following the residents to break into the building.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Repair requests are responded to quickly, but the property managers are also unable to address the issue of teenagers breaking and entering and harassing tenants, which is not their problem.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There are teenagers in the neighbourhood who trespass and harass the residents from time to time.
