This is a quality development. I used to work in construction so my eye for finished detail and practical layouts is sharp, everything from the skirting boards being finished properly to the provision of power outlets and room layouts is right on the money.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I live in phase 1 so there isn’t a lot of dining or shopping options at the moment but the coffee kiosk and parkland that’s already built is fantastic. The links to the TRL rail are great too - less than 10 minutes walk.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I haven’t had many issues to report so far but when I have the response has come back within 24hrs

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I’d known that the car park was not able to be rented out - I’d have preferred to offload it as a rental or removed it from my deed but that’s minor.

Best place to live. One word “haven”

Everything is really good but needs more bins around the area security’s are really friendly and makes sure the area is safe. Area is green always maintains the trees, flowers makes sides the area is clean even inside the buildings the lift the infront of my main entrance they clean it regularly.

The design of the flat is very professional. The parking facilities provided in front of the flat is also very effective. The property management aspect is also effective because the landlord provides offers repairs and maintenance if anything in the flat goes faulty.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The good thing in this area is that there are variety of local shops, restaurants and open spaces. The transport is reliable with 24hour access to some public buses. The bad thing aspect of living here is there is a bit too much traffic most of the time. Parking availability is also a quite a hussle sometimes.

I like most aspects and there is nothing I wish I knew before moving in.

I like most aspects of the flat and there is nothing I would like to change at this point.
