Everything is fantastic, the people are so nice, friendly.

Everything is fantastic, the people are so nice, friendly. I love the neighbourhood and I never really thought it’s going to be that way. I like everything i I will recommend it to anyone who is wondering where to stay. So far is so good. I even imagine some day to raise my kids here.

I am very pleased.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I had a Issue whit the plumbing at home, but they react very quickly at the same day.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I forgot to ask about the parking permit, but I was explained everything that I need.

It’s a very quiet residential building. Though they are currently undergoing construction work.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It’s a bit difficult to park since the building is on a double red line. So movin in was a nightmare.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That the fire alarm is ultra sensitive. Which is a good thing, but also quite annoying.
