Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The area is gentrifying at rapid pace and almost every month new restaurants, bars and shops open. Elephant park is a beautiful new gardened area just a few minutes walk away and burgess park also offers a large outdoor space with tennis and other sports. The block is set back from the main road meaning it is clean and quiet for zone 1 London.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Quickly and efficiently and at a far cheaper price than the original management company.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Do not be afraid to explore south of Walworth. Burgess park is beautiful and restaurants and bars are great quality and very cheap for central London.
