Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Very close to the city centre. Surprisingly very quiet. Good transport links. Close to the university which is convenient for some people.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They are relatively quick. Could be slightly quicker. But nothing to complain about.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Everything was honestly as expected or better. Maybe I wish I had known about the issue with the shower (there was no hot water initially), but it was fixed very quickly and the management went above and beyond to help me.
