Location - Situated just outside the Ilford station (Elizabeth line) so very convenient to use the public transport Apartment Design - Modern and fully furnished suitable for families who prefer a modern lifestyle Onsite facilities- Onsite Gym, Sports room, Lounge, Meeting rooms, Concierge and 24/7 reception Customer Service - We left last year, the customer service team was passionate about the residents and making the stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible

Picture house offers modern built and fully furnished apartments. We stayed there 2 years and had a fantastic stay.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes - always very promptly. Their lifts are temperamental

The onsite parking is very expensive, I would have thought that’s covered part of the rent.

Well designed building with good amenities such as Work spaces kitchen gym etc. The room sizes are good with modern appliances from reputed brand Zanussi. The property is well maintained and clean. Excellent property management services and conceiage.

Near to shops with Sainsbury's just next to it. Nearby station and bus stop with excellent connectivity.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they are quick to respond and help you resolve the issue with Quick time.

Everything is good and nothing as such to mention.

Great facilities including the lounge, workspace, games room and the gym. It would have been great to have a children area within the development. The flats have been constructed to meet high standards, featuring integrated appliances and spacious rooms. The top-floor flats offer picturesque views, and the balconies provide an excellent space for relaxation. It's worth noting that some noise may be experienced when the windows are open.

The development location has its advantages and disadvantages. On the positive side, it is conveniently situated near the train station, shopping center, and grocery store. This proximity makes it easy to access various amenities and services. However, the presence of heavy traffic on the A406 road can lead to noise pollution, which may be a concern for some residents. Additionally, the street adjacent to the station is known to have a significant homeless population, which can create an atmosphere that some individuals may perceive as unsafe.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Need following up with the management to get things repaired.

The amenities in the building specially the gym facilities and gathering for each festival is excellent. The parking facilities specially bike parking with tools are available. But the main drawback is it takes few minutes for hot water supply both in bathroom and kitchen.

We have stores, parking , restaurants and mall near to building and station is near so commute is easier.

They respond as soon as possible in some situation.

The rent , it’s comparatively high compared to other buildings.

The flat is beautiful with a huge balcony. It is designed well and we get a view of the city as well as the high road. The management have always been very helpful and addressed all our concerns whenever we needed their assistance. We have received lovely compliments from relatives and guests who have visited our place. The building has all facilities like the gym, yoga studio, work spaces, a beautiful lounge, games room, garden, and the party hall. We are always invited to join and be a part of festive celebrations and events.

We moved into this flat more than a year ago. It is probably the perfect fit for me and my partner. Close proximity to Ilford station, Sainsburys, restaurants , local shops , high street shopping and the Exchange Mall. We feel safe and secure at all times.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they have always responded to us. The maintenance operative , electrician and engineers are sent to help us with any concerns. The Manager is always approachable and friendly. The concierge staff are very helpful too.

Parking for outsiders can be a bit of a problem at times.
