Good development with many issues.

Facilities (if working) are pretty decent but unfortunately once something goes wrong the management doesn't take the responsibility to get this resolved. They should take accountability of this resolving the issues. The lifts keep on breaking. The maglocks keep breaking and no one resolves this.

Bad management. Whatever issues arise they don't have take the responsibility to resolve this. The room sizes are very good and considering the fact that it is a new development the apartments are in pretty good shape.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Refer to the above as this has been covered above. Personally, my landlord for apartment takes a lot of responsibility of resolving the issues.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Knowing that the lifts keep breaking down which is a pain.

Poor accommodation

Development could of been fantastic, good plans and lay out very good. Apartments spectacular on first viewing. Almost everything breaks, no running water has happened numerous times. Lifts rarely work which is a nightmare as only way to the car park is the lift. Massive hold outside due to water pipe bursting, never repaired. No visitors parking. Antisocial behaviour daily. People breaking into bin area and sleeping their using drugs. Needles found. Carpets on staircase not proper adhesive so falling off.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There is not much around in terms of restaurants or bars/pubs. Shopping centre nearby. Tesco and sainsbury. Anti-social behaviour is very bad. Thefts weekly from the property. Garage usually broken which results in car damage or thefts. Entrances not secure as they break. Lifts break.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very slowly. Out of areas rarely answers. Not helpful.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew all the issues and I wouldn't of moved in here.

Nice flat, but things could be better.

Overall the development looks nice, it's modern, and we are happy with the design of the interior. On the negative side, the lift is often not working, the doors at the main entrance have not been working for a while, and we have experienced people throwing cigarette butts and trash(paper) on our balcony from the floors above several times. We often have to close our windows due to the strong smell of weed from other residents.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The building is close to Tesco and to the train and bus station which is a big plus for us, who don't own a car. The area is mostly peaceful and it feels safe to walk at night.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Our landlord has been very nice and kind to us, but our issue with water running down from the window when it's raining has not been taken care of in 4 months by the managers of the building.

Overall we are very happy to live in this building, even though a few things could be improved.

Bad for deposit

The development is really good but poor choices made for design. Paint is matt and if you just touch it, it leaves a mark. Will be very difficult to not lose some deposit here, especially with kids. Lifts often stop working, probably once a month now. Other than that the development is very nice and could be a bit cheaper.

I live in a block of flats which has underground parking which is really convenient. Many locals shops within walking distance food, clothes, medicine etc.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

8 months in and they haven't responded to my inventory check email.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Neighbours do weed and the smell comes in from windows very frequently. I have kids so we have to keep windows shut often!

A lively apartment

This a really good apartment I would recommend it because you have a nice little own park a it is were clean.This apartment is were friendly and lively the management is good but sometimes it is average

They can solve a issue in about a 2 to 3 days and it is were good that they do that because some issues occur frequently.

Nothing really because they explained everything clearly.
